How soon can someone visit?
Usually within 24 to 48 hours, or at a time that suits you better.
What does a visit cost?
Nothing. The visit and advice are free, even if you decide not to continue with us.
How is the price set?
After the visit you receive a detailed quote: labour, materials and any extra work you request. You know where you stand before we start.
Can the price go up during the work?
Only if you want to change something during the project, such as a different colour scheme or extra work. We always discuss such changes with you first.
How do I pay?
We agree on that per project. Send us a message on WhatsApp and we will discuss together what works best for you.
What are your working hours?
We work from 08:00 to 16:00. For urgent jobs we can work until 18:00.
Can I discuss progress on site?
Yes. A project manager oversees your project and we are always reachable on WhatsApp. When needed, we meet on site.
Can you help with design and planning?
Absolutely. We help with layout, materials and scheduling, so your plans become feasible.
